The following terms & conditions apply to all orders placed with 'By Signe' at www.bysigne.com
By placing an order, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Therefore, please make sure you have read and understood the following carefully before placing your order.
Danish VAT is included in all prices. Prices do not include delivery charges, and orders may be subjected to local taxes and import duties at the costumers own expense.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after it has been placed, and full payments has been made. In the unfortunate event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail, and you will be given the option of cancelling your order. By Signe cannot be held liable for any delays concerning local costumes or shipping company.
By Signe makes reservation for sold-out items, typographical errors, price, tax and VAT changes. No claim can be made against By Signe regarding such errors and changes. The order is not complete, and the purchase agreement is not final and binding, until you have received an order confirmation from us by email.

By Signe accepts returns within 14 days after physical receipt of the goods purchased at www.bysigne.com. Underwear, swimwear, all vintage items and books excluded. All sales are final on the above mentioned categories.
Your invoice must be attached to your return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check, we will credit your account/credit card. We aim to process a refund within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Should you have any questions regarding your return, please do not hesitate to contact us.You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and By Signe cannot be held responsible for any lost packages in the return process. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning goods to us.
