Cancellations and returns
 
You have the right withdraw from your purchase before it has been fulfilled or to return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
 
To cancel your purchase or notify us of a return, please enter your order number and email address below. Your request will be confirmed right away. 
 
Please note that you will be responsible of purchasing a return label, and By Signe cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in the return process. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us. In addition, packages must be delivered to our adress. We do not accept packages delivered to parcel shops or pickup points and such packages may be returned to you automatically.
 
The return form must be attached to your return package.
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Once we have received the items and they have undergone a quality check, we will issue a refund to your account / credit card. We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions regarding your return. 
 
Exchanges
 
For exchanges, please contact our customer service at info@bysigne.com and we will be happy to assist you.
 
In the case of an exchange within the EU, we will send you a return label and cover the shipping cost of the replacement items. For orders outside of the EU, we do cover the shipping cost of the replacement items, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping when returning the original items to us.
